Purchasing a Car or Truck with a Bill of Exchange without Administrative Procedures via Affidavit

In a world without shady car and truck dealers extorting, coercing, and depriving Americans out of there secured property (Dollars/Federal Reserve Notes) by demanding payment in a specific currency (ie: “we only accept cash, wire, and/or cashier’s check) and depriving Americans under the color of law. Since Executive Order 6102 there has been no gold backed money in circulation and since the enactment of House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5 1933, public law 73-10, it has been against the Law to demand payment in a specific currency.
