The severity of the situation compelled the complaint to be escalated to the “Border Division” and eventually to the California Highway Patrol headquarters for an internal investigation. Despite the unmistakable racial discrimination he and his family endured, it is deeply unsettling that the entire California Highway Patrol failed to demonstrate sound judgment in addressing this matter.

Furthermore, Walker sheds light on the disheartening reality that despite filing a complaint with the California Highway Patrol, their internally conducted investigation overlooked any wrongdoing. However, the tides shifted when a competent and impartial judge meticulously examined the declaration I submitted, bringing to light the evident misconduct.
